Went to Amsterdam for business trip on April with 2 colleagues . We went there for 4 days 2 nights . This is my second visit to Amsterdam , the last visit was somewhere in 90's . Really looking forward to go there again . Since this is international trip , we have to take train to satellite building in order to board the air plane .
Departed to Amsterdam by KLM , an Airbus , a huge and comfortable plane . It took us for 13 hours on board . We arrived early in the morning at the Schipol International Airport and took complimentary bus to our hotel , Mercure Amsterdam . The hotel is not far from the airport . The temperature around 2 to 6 degree Celcius , still cool and it is after winter time .
On the 1st day , we visited the tourist spot and do some shopping for the souvenier . We also took the canal cruise , really nice to see the building and Amsterdam city via the canal .On the 2nd and 3rd day , we spent most of our time on business meeting and visit by car . Their offices situated at 2 different places , at the country side , one near north and another at south . Along the way , at the country side , we can see a beautiful scenery , the garden , the farmer's house and their farm . For dinner , we went to an Indonesian dutch restaurant with a nice western foods at a small beautiful village . Thanks for the hospitality of Mr Arno , our business friend . The final day we left Amsterdam by KLM back to Malaysia for another 13 hours journey with 2 meals interval .
Insyaallah , will come back again to Amsterdam ............... this time with family and will explore their beautiful tulips flower especially during spring time .
