Horee , its school holiday again . This holiday , my sister , brother and me plan to spent the holiday together at Bukit Gambang Resort City ( BGRC ) water park . As the eldest , I was elected as a coordinator to do all the arrangement with regards to the holiday . I booked the BGRC Carribean Resort for 2D1N family package at RM468 . This family package consists of stay at 2 bedrooms apartment with 4 complimentary breakfast and 4 water park ticket . The ticket price for the adult is RM21.90 . The BGRC offer a lot of other package for others attraction that they offered such as funfair , fying fox , jungle trekking , ATV , movie and paint ball games . For info., there is a new apartment which called Arabian will be opening soon to cater flux of tourist near future .... and I believe with a good promotion and seriously advertise this place going to be main attraction for east coast !
Day 1 :
We start our journey early in the morning . It tooks us around 1 hour 30 min from Kemaman to Gambang via LPT . We reached BGRC at 9:00 am and directly check in inorder to take the 4 complimentary ticket . After check in , we heading direct to the water park by the train in which we have to pay RM2 per trip . The BGRC is a new resort and the one and only water park at east coast . It has a spacious lobby . The BGRC water park is cashless park , means we have to buy E value either RM50, RM100 or RM200 for the rental or buy foods and drinks . The E value can be top up if required .
At the water park , its have a strictly rule , no outside food and drinks allowed . The security check the bag very details to ensure the rules follows . We rent some tube and cabbana for the day , we have to give some deposit which is refundable upon check out from the park ( pls refer to the photo as reference ).
Since it is school holiday , there are so many peoples at the park . But we don't have problem to play and try the water park attractions since the areas also very large and scattered at different places . Among others attraction , Penguin Island , Coco Beach , the slides , family raft .............
For lunch , we have nasi ayam at the Penguin Express Food court and the price ?? .. it is reasonable for the similar place like this ..Bukit Merah Lake Town , Sunway Lagoon and Lost World at Tambun . I think ,they do market research and come to the standardize price schedule .
We left the water park at 4:30 pm and check in the apartment . The apartment have 2 bedrooms and the rooms really spacious enough for the family more than 8 to stay with .
For dinner , we drive to Gambang Tom Yam restaurant . The foods was delicious and we pay quiet reasonable money for the dinner ie RM180 for 14 person with the menu of steam rice , 1 sweet sour fish , 1 tiga rasa fish , 2 daging masak merah ,2 seafood tomyam , vegetables and drinks of choices . After that we going back to the hotel and went to the Funfair Amusement parks for the kids . Spend sometime and later , went back to the apartment for rest and sleep ......
