Album of Life: Zenith Hotel .... Deepavalli holiday

Day 1 :

Spend 2D1N at Zenith Hotel , Kuantan during Deepavalli holiday . Booked 2 non smoking connecting rooms at level 22 . This is my second time stayed over here .

We have a very fast check in . The staff very nice and friendly . The room very spacious and clean . Its offer free WIFI . After check in , my sons , daughter and me went to the swimming pool . It is nice swimming pool located at level 4 , but my comment , the pools regulation very strict !! interm of the swimming trunks specification ....no tolerance ... which I never have an issue before either at local destination or overseas.... even at 5 star or 6 star hotel ....hopefully the hotel management look seriously into this matters... be more tolerance since we are in Muslim country ....and respect human rights !

At 6 pm we went to Tanjung Lumpur for our dinner . Tanjung Lumpur is really famous with the seafoods eating places in Kuantan . We choose Kak Lah nasi bubur Restaurant . Our menu for the dinner are steam rice , seafoods tomyam , Siakap fish sweet sour , Crabs with telur masin , fried cumi , kerang rebus and Kailan ikan masim . The way they cooked really tasteful and delicious . We really recommended to those who would like to have dinner here . Total price that I have to pay for 5 person is RM150 .... very reasonable .

For the night activity , I planned with the kids and my wife to watch the movie at East Coast Mall . We choose the movie at 8:45pm shows . The movie is the latest James Bond , " Skyfall " movie ...really interesting featuring Daniel Craig as the 007 . This is lthe longest duration of the 007 movie ie 2 hours 15 min My kids really loves the movies .........

Day 2 :

As usual we wake up early in the morning to performed solat subuh . Then , my youngest son and I spend sometime at the hotel swimming pool . Since it is still early in the morning , the water is cold and we decided to have a swim just for a few minute . Today , its seem that the dress code not really strict ... some people wear shirt and track suit enjoying swimming . Well ... this show the inconsistency of the enforcement .

We have our breakfast at the hotel restaurant . The breakfast was included with the room package , 2 person for each room , so for our case , 5 person in the family with 2 rooms and we have to pay for extra 1 children rate for breakfast .. RM23.20 . It is ok with me but .. most of the hotel I have stayed can be negotiable . WHY 5 person ? Coz my second son went to study camp for his SPM at Mayang Sari Resort at Dungun . After the breakfast , my two sons have a rest in the room while my wife , daughter and I spends our time at the East Coast Mall for some shoppings . At 12 noon , we check out from the hotel ..............

From my opinion , Zenith been a 5 star hotel and situated at golden area of Kuantan ... their motto is simple ... take it , pay or leave it !!! But as a conclusion , we have a nice stay over there and we will come again .... for me , everything is not free in the world ... so we have to accept it ! Plus point , the hotel do have spacious free parking lots , free WIFI and wide range of buffets for breakfast .
