Winter trip to South Korea Dec 2011 -Day6(Part2)

Day 6 ( Evening - Itaewoon Area - Seoul Mosque )

At evening , we spend most of our time visited Itaewoon area . This district is often called the " Small Global International Village". In order to meet the demands of the multi-cultural clientele, there are many international restaurants run by native chefs ,leather goods , party dresses, and more has made the area a very popular shopping district among foreign visitors . Additionally , with the Seoul Central Mosque located here , a number of halal food stores and restaurants can be found .

First of all we went to the Seoul Mosque which is located up the hill infront of our hotel . Over there we meet a group of muslim , 2 koreans , 1 indians ( a professor ) and 1 Yaman ( X student from UIA Malaysia )  also visited that area . Nice to get to know them . Have some chit chat and exchange some information . One of the lady work at KORDI korea known as Li Nan  ( nli0417@kordi.re.kr ) . Well ... nice to meet you all !

We spent our time by  having some photo around the mosque . After that we start to explored the area nearby . There are a lot of halal restaurant and halal convenient store . Itaewoon ,actually is the area in Seoul where you can find  Korean halal restaurant which cooks korean dishes such as bibimbap etc....  We meet also a group of malaysian tourist where we took some photo together . We also exchange some information and contact nos  . I forgot all the names .... but one of the girl  name is Hani and can be contact via email nhb116@gmail.com . Salam pengenalan dari Uncle Wan dan Untie Ani !!!!

Finally we went for our  dinner , ....we opt to go to Dubai Restaurant again ... since the dishes over there really delicious !! . Then back to the hotel........
